Kayleen, I think this really needs to be discussed. If we are taking JUST the bus, we are limited to what we can bring. If we are taking a bus and an additional vehicle, we have room. But then we add that cost of fuel for the other vehicle. Please make sure this is mentioned at the next meeting.

I'm all in favor of Garnet's suggestion to simply bring money. Red Bird likely has access to the best purchasing deals. $$ is very portable.

If we limit everyone to one small suitcase or bag and we should have room for items on the bus. I also checked with DMV about the class of license we may need to drive this bus, if it is licensed for less than 15 passenger we are OK, if it is licensed and marked for capacity of more than 15 anyone who drives wil need to have a class C endorsement on their license. I woul dalso like to have access to this bus and be able to drive it to become familiar with it and have it serviced before we leave.
