Here are some of our calculations. I am horrible at math so feel free to make changes.

Transportation:
Fergus Falls to Frakes Kentucky (Henderson Settlement-where we are staying and working) = 1094.23 miles one way

1094.23 x 2 = 2188 miles + 350(extra miles)= 2538 miles
1100 miles/60 mph = 18.30 hrs on the road

Cornerstone Bus gets 7-12 miles/gallon
2550/ 7 = 364
364 x $3.65 (estimated gas price) = $1350 total amount for gas (estimate)
1350 + $200 (gratitude gift for bus) = $1550 total for transportation

Lodging:
$220 per person at Henderson settlement
220 x 11 people (beyond 3 chaperones)=$2420
